There is a famous old shop which selling Gong Pian. The shop is swamped with the locals to buy the biscuits. Every customers will buy at least min 10 pc. If you're late, and you insist to try it, then you have to be patient to wait for it. Good thing doesn't come easy huh!

We arrived at about 10.30am. The biscuit is almost sold out. So we waited another 15min, in order to get some fresh and hot biscuit fron the oven. In the mean time, i just walk around to snap some shots of the making of Gong pian.
All about hand make, instead of using modern technology. The crispy biscuit filled with chopped unions sell at 60cents/pc.
