Food Gossip 2- Fishing Wharf, Look-Out Point, Atrium Cafe

Fishing Wharf:

After work, we wanted to find a place to dine in KL, but unfortunately there are massive traffic jam everywhere due to the heavy downpour. So we turned into Taman Desa, and we saw this place called Fishing Wharf. Base on the name, we assumed that they are selling all kind of seafood. Actually, they are not. This place is more likely a beer garden.

Look-Out Point, Ulu Langat:
Selangor's only forest reserve look out vantage point is 263m above sea level and is known simply as the purpose it is there for - Look Out Point, where the government spent about RM20mil for this project.

There are three restaurants that sport the unmistakable Minangkabau roofing incorporated into their overall architecture. However, Tourism Selangor plans to only open one serving local cuisine for the time being.
From the tower or the restaurant's terrace, a breathtaking view of the Ampang Jaya skyline stretching into Kuala Lumpur meets the eye with a multitude of buildings, houses and skyscrapers dotting the landscape.
Unfortunately, the weather is bad the night we went due to the heavy downpour in the afternoon. So i can't get a better snapshot.
Look Out Point's attraction lies not only in the grand view it offers, but also in the century-old trees, cool environment and jungle flora and fauna there are in the vicinity. As one walks beneath the towering trees, the musical sounds of insects, birds and monkeys are distinct and inviting.
But, what i scare of is the mosquitoes love bite!!

Disadvantage for this place is the lack of parking space.

Atrium Cafe, Sunway Pyramid Hotel:

This is not the first time i patroned Atrium Cafe. Yet, i like the buffet served in the restaurant with many varieties of choices. Why? I will just let the following photos to do the talking.

Normally, when talk about buffet, my friends will tease me coz i can't each much. So it's not a good idea to invite me for buffet. Well, eventhough i can't eat much, but i will set priority to Salmon, prawn and oyster. The most important is the quality of food, not the quantity!!

Yeah! i like dessert.

Wao..so excited to see salmon here. I can have a lot of salmons on my plate. But i have to make sure the salmon is fresh enough to put into the mouth, otherwise...there is another place to visit after that!!

Sunway has a very good chef to make Tiramisu. But i heard from the Sales manager that he has left the group. That's why, i didn't see any Tiramisu here. What a waste :-(

i like pumpkin soup. Who can share the recipe of making nice pumpkin soup??

Sri Ayutthaya, Medan Damansara:

If you like Thai food, you must try it at this restaurant. This place offers a beautiful ambience and environment for dining. On top of that, the food served is simply tasty and delicious, as well as their service is good.

Once we arrived, there are a few beautiful girls in Thai costume welcoming guests with a big smile. I like the restaurant setting, so clean and romantic.
